PRM selected for USGBC-CA 2025 Net Zero Accelerator Cohort

The U.S. Green Building Council California (USGBC-CA) has revealed its 2025 Net Zero Accelerator (NZA) cohort—a premier initiative focused on scaling net-zero building technologies across California. The program features growth-stage companies poised to deploy real-world, cost-effective solutions in collaboration with industry and municipal partners.

The cohort includes innovative startups and growth-stage companies across sectors such as clean technology, energy-efficient building solutions, and eco-friendly construction materials. Among the 18 startups joining this year’s accelerator cohort is Performance Resource Management (PRM), recognized under the Data Analytics & Platforms category. The cohort spans sectors such as:

  • Advanced Materials: HempCement Co., Mad River Mass Timber
  • Building Envelope: ThermalShell
  • Building Systems: Gradient, Verdant Structural
  • Data Platforms: Qflow, Pure Energy Stream
  • Energy Efficiency: AlumaPower, Ampd Energy, Verv Energy, Wayside Energy
  • HVAC & Air Quality: Build Smartr Robotics, Harvest Thermal
  • Waste Reduction: Atrium Energy, Further JanSan, Digne
  • Water Conservation: Capture H2O, Performance Resource Management (PRM)

PRM’s inclusion in this cohort highlights its role in providing data-driven insights to advance building performance and sustainability.

The Net Zero Accelerator cohort runs for six months, giving companies access to workshops, pilot opportunities, and partnerships with California green building leaders, municipalities, and commercial building owners. The goal is to scale pilot-ready technologies that accelerate building decarbonization and reduce the environmental footprint of construction and maintenance.

These founders are building things the world really needs… bringing disciplined focus and economic logic to common-sense solutions.”

Colin Mangham, Director of Innovation at USGBC-CA

Performance Resource Management specializes in data analytics for soil regeneration technology and water conservation strategies. By integrating environmental science with real-time performance data, PRM helps communities, golf courses, and building operators transition to low-carbon, resource-efficient operations.
